Right of Way Symposium for Condemning Authorities

Pender & Coward will host a Right of Way symposium on Friday, October 18, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Norfolk Sheraton Waterside (777 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510).

This symposium will be informative, educational and entertaining, featuring a 30-minute presentation by the Waterfront Law Team addressing how riparian property rights and certain environmental laws impact right of way projects. 

The symposium is designed for lawyers, appraisers and right of way professionals who regularly serve condemning authorities and who would like to improve their understanding of the industry.

The goal is for credits for CLE, Appraisal Institute and IRWA to be available for multiple sections. 

A complimentary lunch and parking are provided to early registrants.  A reception will follow the symposium from 4:30-6:00pm.  

The $125 registration fee includes seminar materials, lunch, parking and an afternoon reception.  There is limited space available, so please register early.
