Upcoming Virginia Land Rights, Restrictions and Regulations CLE Seminar by Waterfront Law Attorney Bryan Peeples

Trusted riparian property attorney Bryan Peeples will participate in a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar, Virginia Land Rights, Restrictions and Regulation. Specifically, Bryan will lead the Understanding Riparian and Water Access Rights portion of the seminar. Topics to be discussed by Bryan include determining a riparian area; rights in your riparian area; determining ownership of bottomland; considerations when purchasing real estate and permitting requirements and processes.

Hosted by Half Moon Media, this live, interactive webinar will take place on March 26th and focus on resolving boundary disputes; identifying, classifying and locating easements; creating and managing highway rights-of-way; understanding riparian and water access rights and ethical issues in land transactions and developments.
